Shipping
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide! Orders within the USA and Canada take 5-7 days to arrive once shipped. For orders placed outside of the US & Canada please allow some time for taxes and extra fees that may apply to be processed!

My dog is not in the size range, can I get a custom product for their size?
Absolutely! If your dog does not fit in our regular sizes we are more than happy to make it in your dogs measures. Please contact us via email with the subject Custom Size - Name for your quote.
How do I take care of my products?
Amazing question! At Mini Maud we only use biodegradable or reusable materials, that said, crocheted products are only made with non plastic yarn (cotton, wool, cashmere...) and each has specific care instructions. You can find the instruction on the care instructions card sent with your order or on our Care Instructions section here in the website clicking on the product of your choice.
How can my dog become an ambassador of your brand?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Products can be returned within ten days after arrival. Products must be in like-new condition. Any returns due to mis-sizing will receive credit to replace the item with the proper size. For all returns from regret, you will receive a full refund for the item, but the fees to return the product to us will be paid by you.
